COVID-19 PROTOCOLS

Due to the current COVID-19 situation our country is facing we are doing our best to be here for you in these difficult times.

While we remain open we have a few changes to how we will be conducting business to protect you and our employees.

Please read the following:

-No entry into our office or garage.

-Outdoor displays are available to view during business hours.

-While visiting our yard we ask that
you follow social distancing protocols
by remaining 6 ft. apart and wearing a mask.

-Window service is available (MASK REQUIRED)

-Call the main office from your vehicle in the parking lot
or from the comfort of your home to prepay for
pick-up or delivery orders.

-Phone Orders: 413.583.6508

-We will take your customer account information,
your vehicle description, and credit card information
over the phone

-Credit card payment is preferred, but cash/check can
be accepted at the scale house window if a mask is worn.

-Receipts will be sent electronically via email or
handed out the scale house window.

-Material will be loaded without any direct contact.
